The breed was developed for hunting but has now be turned into a wonderful family pet. It is known for its beautiful coat and lovely eyes.

One mistake pet owners make is believing that a particular water bowl can be used for other and any breed of dog.- That is not always true as certain bowls were specially built for a certain breed of dogs or pets.

Best Water Bowl for Springer Spaniels

Having bred the cocker spaniel breed for over two decades and used over twenty water bowls, I know I can recommend the best water bowl for cocker spaniels for every cocker spaniel owner and breeder.

Below are the most outstanding water bowls for cocker spaniels

1. PETish Spaniel Bowl for Long Ear Dog

This bowl is one of few perfect bowls out there built specifically for the Cocker Spaniel.

I’ll recommend the water bowl for owners of the Cocker Spaniel breed who wouldn’t want their dog’s ears to get soaked every time they take a drink of water!

One loving feature of this bowl is the fact that it is STAINLESS. This helps to keep the water in the bowl NEATER and FRESHER.

Plastic dishes are known to cause slime.- This is why I always advise pet owners to make use of stainless bowls.

I gave this product a WELL DESERVED 5-Star!

What I love about this Bowl

Although it’s quite pricey, it’s worth it. My Cocker Spaniel no longer has dripping ears and although some water is splattered/splashed sometimes, the floor around the dish is about 85% drier than it was when I was using a regularly shaped bowl for water.

I also appreciate the fact that because of the shape of the bowl I am able to carry her filled water bowl to the other end of the house without spilling any.

The bowl appears to be very well made and they clean very easily. My Cocker Spaniels took to them without any complaints.

Possible downsides

There are no downsides.

This is a lovely-looking dog bowl easy to clean, does not slide on solid-surface floors or carpet (comes with a rubber beneath the bowl).
It comes with a modern flair on the side that makes it look asymmetrical – it is actually functional. It enables your cocker spaniel to use the side of the bowl to get the food in its mouth.
I have a dog with an underbite, and this has enabled him to eat more easily.

What I love about this Bowl
I’ve tried out lots of elevated dog feeder/bowl options. Two of my dogs currently eat dry and canned food and usually have trouble getting the canned food out of any dish.
The previous bowls rust, rot, tip, move or end up looking disgusting/gross.
This bowl is simply amazing and has none of those problems most dishes have!
They’re both seven (7) and eight (8) years old and this bowl is just the perfect height for her.
The raised back of the bowl prevents the food from getting stuck or falling behind the bowl. The inner space below the steel bowl is actually deeper and could also function as a water bowl if you needed.
I am happy with this purchase and only wish I had tried it earlier!

Possible downsides

The only possible downside with this bowl is its elevation. It’ll be perfect if the elevation was higher. Nevertheless, I love this product!

This is a good, raised ceramic slow-feeder. I love the fact that this bowl is dishwasher safe that makes it very easy to clean.
The bowl usually catches water in the dishwasher so I always let it air dry afterwards. The bowl has the capacity to hold up to a cup of dry food before the bumps start getting covered.
It has definitely reduced my pup’s rate of consumption.

What I love about this Bowl

I personally prefer the ceramic bowl or the stainless steel feeders to plastic. Had to do lots of research before I ran across this one. I love that it’s reversible and whichever bowl you choose to use, the opposite bowl functions as a raised feeder. I got two of these – one for my newly gotten little Cocker spaniel who needs the bowl with the protrusions to slow her down, and the other for my senior dog who is a naturally slow eater, so uses the normal bowl.

The bowls are just the right height for both of them. I also love that it’s not “hollow”, so there’s no interior cavity to fill up with water when placed in the dishwasher.

All in all, I would recommend this bowl for anyone with a small to medium size dog.

Possible downsides

None so far

4. Flexzion Stainless Steel Elevated Dog Bowl Feeder

I have a 12-year old Cocker spaniel and just like all seniors her back is getting stiff. Eating from a low feed bowl makes it difficult for her lately.

She always losses her balance from her back legs when she lays her head too low.

I got her several food bowls with stands, but most of them slide and skid whenever she eats, also the food falls out of the bowl easily. With this beautiful elevated food bowl, the issue was solved.

Her posture is much more relaxing and the bowl can withstand the strength of being pushed whenever she eats. Her food no longer falls out as usual.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has the same concerns for their older dogs.

Features of this Dog Bowl

  • Comes with a height that gets your Cocker spaniel comfortable when eating because it shortens the distance between your dog and their water, thereby reducing strain on their necks and joints.

  • Comes with an anti-tipping design also.- So you don’t have to worry about spills when your dog gets overly enthusiastic at dinner time.

  • Fitted with a rubber ring on the bottom, that resists sliding across the floor
  • Rust-resistant removable stainless steel bowls
  • Durability
  • Beautiful
  • Scratch and rust-resistant design for long-lasting good looks.
  • Easy to clean
  • Very safe.
  • Eash to clean- can be washed by hand, using only warm soapy water to remove remnants of food

What I love about this Bowl

Wanted a dog bowl for my dog is who’s fourteen (14) years old Cocker Spaniel. She was recently diagnosed with a collapsing trachea. I searched for my other usual brands, but they were out of stock( happy they’re back now). I needed to get him an elevated water bowl to help him be more comfortable and this is one perfectly adorable, and just the right height for her.

Possible downsides

The bases are made of plastic material, thick and durable, but not too heavy.
